We had a fantastic night sleep lovely and clean b&b nice spacious room. Des and Mo are a lovely couple and great host's breakfast was cooked perfectly and a lovely selection of extras will definitely be returning again soon
Great location in Hunstanton. Mo & Des are new owners and are so helpful. The breakfast is fantastic and caters to every need which wont see you hungry! Rooms are spacious and clean. Definately what you need for a small homely break or even business trip. Will definately be back.
Having stopped at the Claremont now it's under new owners what a lovely couple who make you feel welcome. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Would highly recommend this lovely guest house. The breakfast is well made and plenty of food to suit all needs.
This was our second visit & we stayed for 10 night's. Des & Mo are so welcoming & met our every need. Room always clean & tidy. Breakfast is fantastic - Terry's homemade bread, fresh fruit, yogurts, full English.
Excellent, friendly welcoming owners, room clean tidy comfortable with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast fantastic and loved that each table had own toaster so no waiting in cue, loads of choice too. Highly recommended would definitely stay again. Nice for me and my 2 dogs to be made to feel at home. Close to the beach and shops and restaurants and the theatre on the doorstep.
Really like this B&B, food is great, room is comfortable Mo and Mel are lovely friendly people, if you're looking for a great B&B in Hunstanton give the Claremont a visit you won't be disappointed.

Lovely place to stay. Des and Mo great hosts. Room clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast. Have stayed there twice now and I am sure we will go back again.
From the moment we knocked on the door, we were warmly welcomed by Des and Mo. Everywhere was spotless and smelt lovely and fresh. Our room was a double with four poster bed. It was at the front of the house but we heard no noise at all. The bed linen was excellent quality with feather duvets. The tea making facilities were plentiful with good quality biscuits.The bathroom, although small was also spotless and had high end toiletries.
There was a homely guest lounge with books and games. Breakfast again, was exceptional. There was a delicious fresh fruit salad with the usual cereals and yoghurt, Each table had its own toaster with a choice of breads. The cooked breakfast, again high quality produce, well cooked and delicious.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this guest house to anyone, The only downside was wifi was only available in the dining room but Des assured us that he was working to get it all over the house.
